Sacramento, CA – Today, Teamsters Local 150 announced their support of Phil Pluckebaum for City Council.

In announcing their endorsement, Teamsters Local 150 Secretary-Treasurer Dale Wentz said, “Teamsters Local 150 is proud to announce our endorsement and support for Phil Pluckebaum for Sacramento City Council District 4. With Phil’s proven experience in finding effective solutions for Sacramento families, our city will remain one of California’s leading communities.”

Phil’s support from the Teamsters Local 150 follows growing momentum for his campaign with strong endorsements from organized labor, including the Sacramento-Sierra’s Building & Construction Trades Council, Laborers Local 185, Operating Engineers Local 3, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 340.

A long time City of Sacramento resident, Phil brings eight years of experience from his work on the city’s Planning and Design Commission. His active involvement in numerous local civic organizations and dedication to volunteer work shows his deep commitment to the city’s progress. Phil is a project manager for UC Davis Health, where he has a proven track record of bringing stakeholders to the table to solve complex problems and keep projects on track.
